Last Updated: April 15, 2026

There is a short version of our terms in FAQs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Polymath website (aipolymath.org), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the Services, including parents and guardians accessing content on behalf of children.

2. About AI Polymath

AI Polymath is an educational resource and community designed to help parents prepare their children for a future shaped by Artificial Intelligence. Our Services include:

  • A curated library of parenting frameworks, guides, and class content organized around our 6-Foundation curriculum
  • A free weekly newsletter with AI parenting updates and tips
  • A paid membership tier with full access to the complete content archive
  • A companion mobile application (iOS and Android) featuring interactive tools, reward badges, and course progress tracking

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Who May Use Our Services

Our Services are intended for adults (18 years of age or older), specifically parents, guardians, and educators. The educational content is designed to help adults guide children aged 5 to 15 in developing AI literacy and critical thinking skills. Children should not register for accounts independently.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or subscribing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Newsletter

Anyone may subscribe to our free weekly newsletter to receive high-level AI parenting tips and updates. Newsletter subscribers do not receive access to paid member content.

4.2 Paid Membership

Paid membership grants you full access to the complete archive of articles, step-by-step parenting frameworks, the private community, and early access to app features. Paid membership is available on a Monthly or Yearly billing basis.

4.3 Seven-Day Free Trial

When you sign up for a Monthly or Yearly plan, you will not be charged for the first 7 days. During this trial period, you have full access to all Paid Member Only content. You may cancel at any time within those 7 days via your Account Portal at aipolymath.org/#/portal/account without incurring any charge.

4.4 Billing and Plan Changes

After the 7-day free trial, your chosen plan will be billed automatically at the rates published at the time of sign-up. You may upgrade from a Monthly plan to a Yearly plan at any time through your account settings to take advantage of the discounted annual rate.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Portal. No email request is required. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will remain on the free newsletter list unless you separately choose to unsubscribe.

5. Refund Policy

Because AI Polymath offers a 7-day free trial on all Monthly and Yearly membership plans — providing full access at no charge before any payment is made — all transactions are final after the trial period ends. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the free trial has expired.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at aipolymath.org/contact within 14 days of the charge date.

6. AI Polymath Mobile Application

The AI Polymath app is free to download on both iOS and Android and serves as a companion to our online course content. The app provides parent-friendly features including reward badges, a piggy bank tracker, and course progress monitoring at no charge.

A paid membership subscription is not required to access the app's core features. Certain premium in-app features may require an active paid membership. We reserve the right to modify app features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property and Content
